FORFÁS ANNUAL REPORT <strong>2009</strong> Martin Cronin, former Chief Executive of Forfás, retired from the Board in August <strong>2009</strong>. Jane Williams joined the Board on her appointment as Chief Executive in September <strong>2009</strong>. Pat Barry retired from the Board on a rota basis in December <strong>2009</strong>. William O'Brien retired from the Board on a rota basis in December <strong>2009</strong> and was reappointed in March 2010. Simon Barry, Bob Brannock, Miriam Magner Flynn and Timothy Dullea were appointed to the Board in March 2010.
