SPRINGTIME GREETINGS FROM ALL OF US AT<br />
F O N TA I N E B L E A U !<br />
We hope you and your families are well and are enjoying the new year!<br />
The first quarter of 2010 has been an exciting time for <strong>Fontainebleau</strong>, and for <strong>Miami</strong> as a whole. We started the new year in style, with a<br />
momentous poolside performance by pop icon Lady Gaga. A few days later was the 2010 FedEx Orange Bowl, for which <strong>Fontainebleau</strong><br />
had the privilege of housing the winning Iowa Hawkeyes.<br />
<strong>Miami</strong> made history at the end of January by becoming the only place in the past 30 years (other than Hawaii) to host the NFL’s all star<br />
game, known as the Pro Bowl. The following weekend, Sun Life Stadium was home to Super Bowl XLIV, and <strong>Fontainebleau</strong> was “home<br />
away from home” for thousands of football fans. February also brought to town the world-famous <strong>Miami</strong> International Boat Show; and,<br />
soon thereafter, <strong>Fontainebleau</strong> once again presented the South <strong>Beach</strong> Food and Wine Festival’s most exceptional event, Wine Spectator’s<br />
“Best of the Best.”<br />
More recently, Winter Music Conference and the arrival of the Passover and Easter holidays at the end of March have kept us busy with<br />
visiting owners and hotel guests. Through all of these events, <strong>Fontainebleau</strong> has been widely recognized as THE place to see and be seen.<br />
All of this activity has helped produce a very strong first quarter for our 650+ condo-hotel units in the hotel rental program. Despite the<br />
challenging fiscal climate, overall combined revenues for the first quarter of 2010 were the highest in the history of the Trésor and Sorrento<br />
towers, and are approximately 20% higher than the same period in 2009. These results are encouraging, and prove that we are indeed on<br />
track towards becoming one of the premier destination resorts in the world. Thank you to those in the rental program for your ongoing<br />
patience and support as we continue to strive for excellence.<br />

INFORMATION<br />
We continue to do our best to accommodate all reservation<br />
requests. Reservations must be made at least 90 days in advance.<br />
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we can no longer<br />
accept reservations for the following dates:<br />
May 5, 2010<br />
June 23 - 25, 2010<br />
July 18, 2010<br />
January 23 - 24, 2011<br />
*Please note that owner reservations are held for 24 hours. If your plans<br />
change, be sure to let us know, as reservations will be cancelled.<br />
We urge all owners who participate in the hotel rental program to<br />
abide by the terms of the agreement they signed with <strong>Fontainebleau</strong>.<br />
Units in the rental program may not be rented privately.<br />
SORRENTO NEWS: As part of our ongoing energy conservation<br />
initiatives, we have begun the installation of digital thermostats in<br />
all rental program units. Owners of non-rental units can purchase<br />
this upgrade by contacting the Condominium Management Office.<br />
TRÉSOR NEWS: With almost all participating Trésor units now<br />
upgraded, work to our public spaces continues. A deep cleaning<br />
of the Trésor owners’ lounge is scheduled for Tuesday, April 13th<br />
and Wednesday, April 14th. During this time the lounge will be<br />
closed. We apologize for the inconvenience, and invite Trésor<br />
owners to use the Sorrento owners’ lounge for those two days.<br />
STAY CURRENT: Make sure your mailing address, email and<br />
contact information is up-to-date in our records to ensure<br />
speedy communication. Please contact Owner Services at<br />
305-535-1645 with any new information.<br />
OWNER BENEFIT PROGRAM: Your Owner Benefit Program ID<br />
card makes it easy to charge purchases around the resort and<br />
gives you speedy access to the gym. Remember, the program has<br />
been expanded and now includes a 10% discount in our signature<br />
restaurants Scarpetta, Gotham Steak, and Hakkasan. If you have<br />
not signed up, please do so in the Condominium offices.<br />

Benches, a water supply, and bags for waste<br />
will be available on-site. As a reminder:<br />
<strong>Fontainebleau</strong> loves pets, but please keep<br />
them on a leash when in the resort’s public areas.<br />
