Cost of POD unit $ 10. Lead Paint – This property has been identified as having leaded based paint in certain areas of the home. Minor exterior areas, one interior window, bathroom ceiling, a wall, door frame and chair rail in the kitchen all have been identified to be lead hazards. The contractor is responsible for having the lead removed in a safe and secure manor and responsible to produce a lead free certificate at the end of construction.
