Stephen H. Weinstein serves as RenaissanceRe’s chief legal offi cer, with responsibility for legal, regulatory,
government affairs and compliance matters on a global basis. Mr. Weinstein also serves as the Chair of
the RenaissanceRe Risk Sciences Foundation, RenaissanceRe’s charitable vehicle committed to researching
and developing risk mitigation techniques and raising awareness of the benefi ts of effective risk mitigation.
RenaissanceRe’s current mitigation initiatives include StormStruck: A Tale of Two Homes, an educational attraction
located in INNOVENTIONS, at Epcot® at Walt Disney World; the RenaissanceRe Wall of Wind state-of-the-art testing
facility; and the Risk Management Leadership Forum series of conferences and outreach events.
Mr. Weinstein, a frequent speaker on legal and regulatory matters, serves on the board of several industry and
charitable groups, including the Federal Alliance for Safe Homes, and is a Member of the American Bar Association,
the New York State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. He is a graduate of Columbia
College and Harvard Law School. Mr. Weinstein and RenaissanceRe received the 2011 Outstanding Achievement
Award for Mitigation from the National Hurricane Conference.

Ken Vincent • MODERATOR
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, WILLIS RE
Ken is a broker in our Minneapolis offi ce specializing in the production, marketing and servicing of Property and
Casualty accounts. He is also a member of Willis Re’s U.S. Property and Casualty Resource Groups. Ken joined Willis
Re’s Financial Modeling Services unit as an Assistant Vice President in 1998. He was responsible for the operations
of the Financial Modeling Services unit from 2000 to 2006.
Prior to joining Willis Re, Ken was employed by E.W. Blanch as an Assistant Vice President of Risk Analysis &
Technology Services. In addition to his reinsurance experience, Ken spent several years in fi nancial auditing and
analysis positions for the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and the Minnesota Department
of Commerce — Insurance Division. Ken holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Winona State University. He has earned
a number of fi nance and insurance industry designations as well. These include Chartered Financial Analyst,
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Reinsurance and Fellow of the Life Management Institute.
Kevin J. O’Donnell
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND GLOBAL CHIEF UNDERWRITING OFFICER RENAISSANCERE HOLDINGS LTD.
Kevin J. O’Donnell serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Global Chief Underwriting Offi cer, with
responsibility for the oversight and management of its reinsurance and insurance businesses. Prior to taking on this
role in January 2010, Mr. O’Donnell served as Senior Vice President of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. from 1999, and
as President of Renaissance Reinsurance Ltd. from 2005, overseeing the Company’s Reinsurance lines, including
Property Catastrophe, Ceded Reinsurance, and Specialty Reinsurance. He joined the Company in 1996 to lead the
International Underwriting and Ceded Reinsurance businesses.
