Prior to joining RenaissanceRe, Mr. O’Donnell was a Vice President <strong>of</strong> Centre Financial Products, Ltd., and an<br />

Frank Majors<br />

PRINCIPLE AND CO-FOUNDER, NEPHILA CAPITAL<br />

Frank Majors is a Principal and co-founder <strong>of</strong> Nephila Capital Ltd.. Since 1997, he has been involved in most aspects<br />

<strong>of</strong> the business but is currently focused on fi rm strategy. Mr. Majors was employed as a reinsurance broker by<br />

Willcox and Willis from 1991 to 1997, focusing on alternative risk transfer products. In 1997 he co-founded Willis Asset<br />

Management, an asset manager dedicated to insurance-linked securities. After a management buy-out led by Mr.<br />

Majors and Greg Hagood, the fi rm was re-named Nephila Capital Ltd. Mr. Majors attended Vanderbilt University,<br />

receiving his B.A. in Economics in 1990 and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Owen Graduate School <strong>of</strong> Management<br />

at Vanderbilt University in 1991. He is also is a holder <strong>of</strong> the CFA designation.<br />

William Dubinsky<br />

MANAGING DIRECTOR, WILLIS CAPITAL MARKETS AND ADVISORY<br />

Bill heads the Willis Capital Markets & Advisory effort in insurance-linked securities (ILS) and related solutions in<br />

coordination with Willis Re. He joined Willis in 2010. Prior to joining Willis, Bill was with Swiss Re Capital Markets,<br />

where he had lead responsibility for originating and structuring ILS. Since 1997, he has participated in more than<br />

25 ILS transactions for reinsurers, insurers, government entities and corporate clients worldwide. Prior to his role<br />

at Swiss Re, he worked at Merrill Lynch focusing on M&A and capital raising for insurers. He also worked with<br />

Aon Capital Markets in the initial years <strong>of</strong> the ILS market. Bill earned a B.A. from Harvard College, a J.D. from the<br />

University <strong>of</strong> Michigan Law School and an MBA from the Kellogg School <strong>of</strong> Management.<br />

William W. Large is a passionate advocate for civil justice reform and an experienced attorney who led Gov. Jeb<br />

Bush’s fi ght to reform medical malpractice rules to cap damage awards. As president <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Florida</strong> Justice Reform<br />

Institute (FJRI) William W. Large is responsible for the daily operations <strong>of</strong> FJRI. Mr. Large brings extensive legal and<br />

political expertise to FJRI and has worked in the highest levels <strong>of</strong> <strong>Florida</strong> government to bring about civil justice<br />

reform.<br />

Prior to serving as president, Mr. Large served as Gov. Bush’s deputy chief <strong>of</strong> staff and was responsible for<br />

coordinating the governor’s executive <strong>of</strong>fi ce and several state agencies. Before becoming deputy chief <strong>of</strong> staff, Mr.<br />

Large served as the general counsel for the <strong>Florida</strong> Department <strong>of</strong> Health (DOH) from March 2000 until June<br />

2004. As DOH general counsel, Mr. Large became one <strong>of</strong> Bush’s chief counselors as lawmakers negotiated reforms<br />

<strong>of</strong> the state’s medical malpractice laws. During his tenure as general counsel at DOH, Mr. Large served as director <strong>of</strong><br />

the Governor’s Task Force on Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Liability <strong>Insurance</strong>, playing a vital role in ensuring the governor’s medical<br />
