FLAG FOOTBALL
The game of flag football is a fast-paced, non-contact game played between teams of seven players . Each player on the offense
and defense wears a set of flags . “Tackles” are made by pulling the flag out of the belt . All physical contact is strictly monitored for
the safety of the players . Flags and football to be provided by the Freeport Park District .

Each team is guaranteed a 10 game regular season . Play in the competitive league or recreational league . Divisions and leagues
