SAM CRISPIN
BRITISH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, SHANGHAI; CO-FOUNDER, SHANGHAI URBAN
REGENERATION FOUNDATION
Sam Crispin is current Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce, Shanghai,
and a founding member of the Shanghai Urban Regeneration Foundation. He has
been resident in Shanghai since 1994. In 2002 he established Crispins Property
Investment Management, which provides real estate broking, consultancy, marketing,
and site and asset acquisition services to multinationals, local government, Chinese
property developers in the public and private sector, international developers and
investors as well as individual buyers. Previously, Mr Crispin was General Manager of
Savills in Shanghai, responsible for corporate real estate services, commercial and residential leasing and
research, consultancy, valuation, investment, and property management. He also served as Director of China
Research at Savills for four years. From 1994 to 1996, Mr Crispin worked for Brooke Hillier Parker as Chief
Representative in Shanghai. He is a Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, and a
member of the Urban Land Institute. Mr Crispin graduated from Leeds University in Chinese and Geography,
and is a fluent Chinese speaker.
高思品
上海英國商會主席
高思品先生(Sam Crispin)早在1988年就來到中國。現任上海英國商會主席,同時也是上海滬利歷史建築和
都市改造基金會的創始人和成員之一。1992年在Leeds大學獲漢語與地理系學士學位之後,曾在香港和倫敦
工作,並於1994年定居上海。
2002年高思品先生成立了思品房地產投資顧問(CPIM),在房地產領域向中國本土和來自海外的開發商及投
資者提供市場調研策劃、規劃設計咨詢、房地產咨詢及仲介、投資咨詢及仲介、專案管理咨詢、物業管理等
一系列服務。
CPIM已經為各類客戶經營了各種類型和規模的不動產,並提供可靠的顧問和市場咨詢服務,委託物件包括各
類中國本土和國際的開發商和機構。
在成立自己的公司之前,高思品先生曾在第一太平大衛斯中國區研究部任職四年,之後任第一太平戴維斯總
經理一職。1994年至1996年,高思品先生在保伯測量師行擔任市場開發部負責人,駐上海首席代表。
高思品先生也是皇家地理學會會員。
JANAMITRA DEVAN
SENIOR FELLOW, MCKINSEY GLOBAL INSTITUTE
Janamitra Devan (“Dev”) is Director of Asia for the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI),
based in McKinsey & Co’s Shanghai office. Dev began his career as an economist with
the Monetary Authority of Singapore before joining Ernst & Young as a consultant in
Singapore (1985-88). He then took an academic appointment in the US as assistant
professor at Middlebury College, where he taught economics and finance. In 1992, Dev
re-entered consulting with Standard & Poor’s DRI/McGraw Hill, eventually leading its
Asia consulting services. In 1996, he joined the World Bank as programme manager for
the Middle East and North Africa in its Foreign Direct Investment Advisory Services. In
1998 he joined McKinsey as Director of Global Operations in its Strategy Practice based in Washington. Dev
also created and ran the Institute for Corporate Excellence (ICE). He assumed his current role in McKinsey’s
internal think-tank MGI in June 2006. Dev is currently working on new thinking in topics ranging from
macroeconomics to rural-urban development in India and China. Dev earned a BA in quantitative business
analysis, an MBA and a Ph.D. from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.

麥肯錫全球研究院咨深研究專家
呂萬 (Janamitra Devan) 是麥肯錫全球研究所 (McKinsey Global Institute) 亞洲區上海辦事處董事。呂萬的
職業生涯始于新加坡金融管理局 (Monetary Authority of Singapore) ,在其中擔任經濟學家。1985年到1988
年,他在新加坡安永會計師事務所擔任咨詢師。之後他接受了一個學術聘任,在美國明德學院(Middlebury
College)擔任助理教授,講授經濟學和金融學。1992年,呂萬回到咨詢行業,在標準普爾旗下的DRI/McGraw
Hill擔任咨詢師,並成為該公司亞洲咨詢服務領導。1996年,他加入世界銀行,擔任中東和北非地區外國直接
