LOCATION 地點
The Summit will take place in the Bund Ballroom at the Lobby Level of the Hyatt on the Bund Hotel.
本次論壇將在上海外灘茂悅大酒店一樓的Bund Ballroom 舉行。
LUNCH AND REFRESHMENTS 午餐及點心
Refreshments will be served in the foyer from 8:00 am and during break periods. Lunch will be provided for
all delegates at the Grand Ballroom, which is also located at the Lobby Level. Please inform the catering staff
if you have specific dietary requirements or have made a special meal request.
休息室將從上午8點至會前以及會議茶歇期間提供點心。
午餐在Grand Ballroom向所有與會代表供應,該大廳也在一樓。
如果您有特殊的飲食需求或事前已要求安排特殊餐飯,請告訴接待人員。
COCKTAIL RECEPTION 雞尾酒會
The Cocktail Reception will be held between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm.
雞尾酒會將在下午5點30分至7點舉行。
LANGUAGE 語言
The main language of the Summit will be English, with simultaneous interpretation in Mandarin.
本次論壇主要使用的語言為英語,同時提供普通話同聲傳譯。

Please pass the completed form to a Conference staff member before you leave the Summit.

MOBILE PHONES 移動電話
Please note the use of mobile phones is strictly forbidden in the
Conference room while Summit activities are in progress.

PHOTOGRAPHY 拍照
Photography and recording are strictly prohibited during the Summit unless authorised by the organiser.
未經會議組織者授權,請勿在論壇期間拍照和錄製聲音影像。
PROMPTNESS 守時
All sessions will start on time. Please try to arrive a few minutes early.
所有會議將準時開始。請稍許提早幾分鐘到場。
SECURITY 安全
For security reasons, it is important that delegates wear their badges at all times,
otherwise entrance to the Summit as well as the Cocktail Reception may be prohibited.
It is not advisable to leave any valuables or documents unattended at any time.
出於安全方面的考慮,與會代表務必隨時佩戴參會胸卡,
否則可能被禁止進入論壇會場及雞尾酒會現場。
CLOAKROOM 衣帽間
There is a cloakroom located in the ballroom foyer area. Please contact hotel staff for assistance.
會議廳的休息室區域有一個衣帽間。請向酒店工作人員尋求幫助。
