Organs are opened by a pair <strong>of</strong> fine scissors and<br />
left in 0.7% saline solution. A hand lens and a<br />
binocular dissecting microscope were used for<br />
the helminthological examination. The collected<br />
worms were cleaned by washing them several<br />
times with isotonic saline<br />
solution.Relaxation,fixation,staining and<br />
mounting were carried out by the usual way All<br />
measuments are in millimeter unless otherwise<br />
state.
