FOR THE FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS.<br />
The Arena Operator would utilize our leverage in the market to obtain the best<br />
financial terms possible while ensuring high quality concession <strong>of</strong>ferings. We would<br />
work with our concession partner to create sponsor sub-concessionaire opportunities<br />
as well.<br />
MAINTENENCE AND REPAIR<br />
PROVIDE A PLAN FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE<br />
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE ARENA.<br />
The Arena Operator would first verify all major equipment and systems are fully<br />
operational. The Arena Operator would then perform a documentation review<br />
<strong>of</strong> all historical repairs and maintenance on all major equipment and building<br />
systems. The Arena Operator would analyze all data and documentation<br />
taking into account average life expectancy <strong>of</strong> equipment and then forecast for<br />
appropriate capital expenditures.<br />
C<strong>US</strong>TOMER SERVICE<br />
PROVIDE A PLAN FOR EFFICIENT AND HIGH<br />
QUALITY DAY OF GAME SERVICES FOR THE ARENA<br />
ANCHOR TENANT AND A PLAN FOR THE STAGING<br />
OF OTHER EVENTS.<br />
The Arena Operator has prided itself in providing the best guest service <strong>of</strong> any<br />
facility in the country. We use extensive, organization-wide training, game-day<br />
shadowing and assessment, and continuous follow-up and reinforcement to<br />
ensure each and every guest has the positive and pleasant experience they<br />
expect when attending an event in our building.<br />
We will bring these high-quality techniques and standards to this new facility and<br />
use our many years <strong>of</strong> experience to find the most efficient and effective way to<br />
staff events to the benefit <strong>of</strong> both the guests and the bottom line.<br />
