1. Outline<br />
A portable automatic pipe cutting robot is a new concept product designed to<br />
combine the best of both CNC Pipe Profile Cutting <strong>Machine</strong>s (extensive cutting<br />
capacity and accuracy) and portable pipe cutter (convenience of portability and cost<br />
efficiency), in order to take advantage of the strengths as well as make up for the<br />
weaknesses of both systems.<br />

Portable, lightweight, and integrated CNC pipe profile cutting system<br />
This system uses a portable, lightweight, and integrated 2- axis robot which allows<br />
you to perform the pipe cutting work regardless of the site conditions.<br />

Automatic Pipe Profile Cutting<br />
This system identifies the connection shapes of the steel pipes used in pipe<br />
structures or pipe laying to automatically cut the pipes.<br />

Automatic control of cutting speed<br />
For a given machining operation, the cutting speed will remain automatically<br />
constant for most situations depending on outside diameter, thickness, and cutting<br />
angles.<br />

Lever system that is easy to detach<br />
This system allows more convenient operation due to the lever system that makes it<br />
easier to attach the robot to/ from the steel pipes.<br />
5)<br />
Data transmission by wireless Ethernet<br />
This system uses wireless Ethernet to transmit data needed to operate the robot.<br />
The wireless design increases the convenience of portability and simplify the<br />
maneuverability of the robot.<br />
6)<br />
Interactive program that allows intuitive operation<br />
This system allows the operator to easily recognize and enter the required cutting<br />
shape into the program, which will improve the operational efficiency as well as the<br />
operational convenience.<br />
7)<br />
Remote diagnostic capability<br />
Our service technician can diagnose and suggest solutions to any problems a<br />
customer may experience with the robot, using the remote diagnostic program<br />
regardless of where he/ she is.<br />
(However, this diagnostic service may not be supported if the required environment<br />
is not properly provided in the customer's site)

standard spec 125A(5"). When equipped with this ring, process<br />

Magnetic Roller<br />
Replacement should be made in 1000 Hr. When replaced, both<br />
rollers should be replaced.<br />
I set of roller consists of two pairs.<br />
In principle, replacement of the rollers shall be made only by our<br />
company and old rollers shall be replaced and withdrawn.<br />
If there is any damage on the components such as roller bolt,<br />
replacement or maintenance service shall not be provided.<br />
