in a furnace to burn out 

residues on the mold 

interface completely and this 

heat treatment also enhances 

physical strength and 

permeability of the shell. 

7. Gate Grinding 

Grinding the residues on the 

surface of the products. 

8. Heat Treatment 

To improve mechanical 

strength of the additional 

products heat treatment is to 

be performed according to 

their characteristics. 

9. Inspection

As anchor bolt cap, this bolt 

cap separates a cap to protect 

an anchor bolt and a nut into an 

upper cap and a lower cap so 

that both the caps can be fully 

sealed to perfectly cover up the 

inside of the caps and protect 

an anchor bolt and a nut from 

corrosion. The cylindrical lower 

cap and upper cap facing the 

hexagonal side of a nut hold a 

thread to be fastened with an 

anchor bolt, which pressurizes 

the lower cap onto the floor by 

fastening with the anchor bolt 

on the top. 

The rubber sealing positioned 

between the upper cap and the 

lower cap is installed at the 

bottom of the lower cap to 

cover up the lower cap and 

floor. As anchor bolt cap 

including sealing means to fully 

seal the inside of the cap body, 

a square groove is formed on 

the top of the upper cap to 

facilitate maintenance at any 

time and see whether or not a 

bolt or a nut is loosened.

opened, a square groove
