MAGNETIC DENT REMOVING AND BURNISHING
Dent removing and burnishing with magnet and ball is an ideal supplement to traditional methods when you have to remove
dents from conical and bent instrument parts. Its best application is in smoothing out dents in tubing from dia 20mm, as in
French horn, tenor, baritone, euphonium, tuba,saxophone.
Caution: You should not use these tools for jobs in the bell area and on larger straight surfaces - risk of bulges and streaks!
And you should not use it with barrel-shaped dentballs, only with perfectly round balls without hole.
MAGNETIC DENT BURNISHER
A really handy and practical dent burnishing tool with a strong
set of magnets.
Two magnetic tools in one : the set of magnets has different magnetic
strength – quick change from superstrong to less strong side.
Comes complete with exchangeable hardened and polished discs in
different shapes (flat and slightly rounded). The rounded disc makes it
possible to use the tool on the inside radius of bent tubing.
The discs also protect the magnet and prevent scratches.

MAGNETIC DENT TOOL
Very strong magnet for eliminating dents. This magnetic tool is stronger
than our magnetic dent burnisher no 451 ( + about 40%) and can be used for
thicker material.
Complete with 2 hardened and polished discs. We supply this tool with a
clamp: put the discs in this clamp and you can repolish them easily.

Caution:The magnet in 452SM40 is even stronger – so you must be even more careful!

BALLS FOR TUBA – HOLLOW
Useful when working on a tuba or baritone. These hollow balls are not
hardened and not 100% round, but their advantage is their low weight.
They are used with our magnetic dent burnisher no 451 or our magnetic
dent tool no 452 SM40.

• The tool must be kept away (at least 2m) from electronic and
mechanical measuring devices and also from computers, monitors, diskettes,
video tapes, bank cards etc.
• People with a pace maker must not use this tool and must stay out of the magnetic field.
The same may apply to people using other medical devices, e.g. hearing aids.
• Remove ferrous parts and bits from your work area before using the tool.
