This level of practice elevates the mind of the ordinary to beautiful people (Kalyajana)<br />

who just turn into the Supra-mundane path to complete the spiritual development, after nishing<br />

the 1 st to 3 rd sets of Caraas.<br />

The practice of the 1 st set of the 15 Caraas and 8 Vijjs is to be done in the current sense<br />

contact (phassa) so that it is undertaking of Vipassan in 3 levels of name-and-form (continuously<br />

without any interruption). This clearly reveals the process of the three universal characteristics:<br />

impermanence, non-sustainability, cessation of delement, from which rises the 1 st –3 rd ñas of<br />
