muscles, water and body fat, assessment of<br />

stress level, fitness check)<br />

1 pm – 3 pm Movement impulse (e.g. hike) with content<br />

which has been arranged according to the<br />

initial discussion and focuses on the goals and<br />

preferences of the guest. Mobile coaching<br />

regarding personal time management.<br />

Monday<br />

9 am – 12 noon Movement impulse (e.g. Nordic walking) with<br />

integrated relaxation impulses (e.g. breath -<br />

ing exercises).<br />

3 pm – 4 pm Discussion of the pulse-rate results of the<br />

movement session and coaching to identify<br />

personal strengths and integration into one's<br />

own vitality concept for everyday life.<br />

4 pm – 5 pm Movement and relaxation impulse (effective<br />

strengthening exercises followed by quickrelaxation<br />

techniques).<br />

Tuesday<br />

5 am – 7 am Hike at sunrise with integrated coaching<br />

(mobile coaching) on “my sources of strength”<br />

11 am – 1 pm Sensitizing the senses - a welltain experience<br />

for increased vitality (e.g. barefoot through<br />

the forest).<br />

5 pm – 6 pm Final discussion of the assessment results,<br />

impulse coaching at the start.<br />

The scope of the offer is adapted in the areas of movement and<br />

relaxation content as well as for coaching contents according to<br />

one’s wishes.<br />
