Our wine exhibitors may come from <strong>Hitchin</strong>,<br />
Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Yorkshire and<br />
Essex but many have travelled around the<br />
World to bring character, quality, beautiful<br />
and rare wines back with them. Discover new<br />
and exciting flavours and be prepared to be<br />
pleasantly surprised as there is something to suit<br />
everyone’s pockets and taste buds.<br />
Many of our wine exhibitors support artisan<br />
produce and small vineyards in countries across<br />
Europe like Israel, Hungary and Switzerland<br />
and as far afield as South Africa, South America<br />
and New Zealand. Taste the quality of wines that<br />
are made by small producers who passionately<br />
care about what they are making.<br />
We could not forget that this festival is a marriage<br />
of wine and food, so our wine exhibitors have<br />
many ideas of how to blend the two together.<br />
Whether you would like to drink and eat or put<br />
the drink in what you eat, they will be happy<br />
to make a recommendation!<br />
If you prefer beer, then visit the Rotary Beer<br />
Stand in the Market Place where you can try<br />
and purchase a selection of real ales from Tring<br />
Brewery. Experience the richness of ales prepared<br />
by the traditional method, using malted barley,<br />
hops, water and yeast. The finest ingredients,<br />
most of which are home grown.<br />
