7. CONCLUSIONS<br />
Dillon completed this Natural Heritage Assessment <strong>Records</strong> <strong>Review</strong> <strong>Report</strong> in partial fulfillment<br />
of the regulatory requirements for the REA process. Dillon will provide additional details<br />
regarding the natural features, their significance, potential impacts and mitigation measures<br />
required to protect these features in separate reports, including the Site Investigation, Evaluation<br />
of Significance and Environmental Impact Study <strong>Report</strong>s. These reports will be submitted to the<br />
MNR for review and comment, as required in Ontario Regulation 359/09, and will provide for<br />
the protection of natural features within and adjacent to the project location.<br />
The determinations made in this <strong>Records</strong> <strong>Review</strong> will form the baseline knowledge for the<br />
project location. Dillon will use fieldwork completed to date, in addition to consultation with the<br />
MNR, to determine the accuracy of this <strong>Records</strong> <strong>Review</strong> during the site investigation. The<br />
determinations made during this <strong>Records</strong> <strong>Review</strong> are summarized in Table 3. Applicable natural<br />
features identified during the records review within the project location and surrounding<br />
120 metres are outlined on Figures 3a and 3b.<br />
