Firstly, and foremost praise be to ALLAH the Great and Almighty surrounded<br />
me under his auspices during my master study, in the School of Biological Sciences,<br />
Universiti Sains Malaysia.<br />
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my supervisor Professor Abu<br />
Hassan Ahmad, the Dean of School of Biological Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia,<br />
for his advice, invaluable guidance and comments during experimental work and thesis<br />
writing, not just limited to my master degree but also for the three years of supervision<br />
and friendship in the Medical Entomology Laboratory, School of Biological Sciences,<br />
Universiti Sains Malaysia.<br />
