Érvénytelen a pályázat, amennyiben: a pályázati feltételeknek
nem felel meg, hiányos a mellékelt dokumentáció, határidőn
túl érkezik be.
A PÁLYÁZAT beadási határideje
Beadási határidő: 2013. május 6. (postabélyegző szerint).
A pályázatot egy példányban, kizárólag postai, ajánlott küldeményként,
vagy futárszolgálat útján kell eljuttatni a Magyar
Formatervezési Tanács Irodájához, „Magyar Formatervezési
Díj” jelöléssel ellátva, a következő címre: Szellemi Tulajdon

A diákkategóriára vonatkozó egyéb
KÜLÖNLEGES szabályok
A hallgatói jogviszony keretében készült pályamunkák kizárólag
diákkategóriában nyújthatók be. A hallgatói jogviszony
igazolását, illetve ha a jogviszony már nem áll fenn, az oklevél
másolatát a jelentkezési laphoz kérjük csatolni.
A diákkategóriában benyújtott pályázat jeligés. A jeligét
a jelentkezési lapon és az adatlapon egyaránt fel kell tüntetni.
Az adatlapot zárt borítékban, csatolva kérjük beadni.
A PÁLYÁZATOK ÉRTÉKELÉSE
Az értékelés két fordulóban történik. I. forduló: A bírálóbizottság
a beküldött dokumentáció alapján dönt arról,
hogy mely pályaműveket hívja be a II. fordulóra. II. forduló:
A bírálóbizottság a bekért tárgyak és a részletes dokumentáció
alapján dönt a díjak és az oklevelek odaítéléséről.
A pályaművek elbírálására a zsűrizésre kijelölt helyszínen
kerül sor. A begyűjtés helyszínéről és időpontjáról a pályázók
értesítést kapnak. A nem szállítható pályaművek
elbírálása a beküldött dokumentáció, illetve helyszíni
szemle alapján történik.
An application is invalid if it does not meet the competition
requirements, the attached documentation is incomplete, or
it is posted after the deadline.
Application deadline
The application deadline is 6 May 2013 (as indicated by the
date on the postage stamp).
Applications must be sent by registered post or by courier
service in one copy to the Office of the Hungarian Design
Council at the following address: 1374 Budapest 5, Pf. 552.
Please write ‘Hungarian Design Award’ on the envelope.
Other, special rules for the student category
Projects created by students can only be entered in the student
category. A certificate of student status, or if that no
longer applies, a copy of the degree must be attached to the
registration form.
Projects submitted in the student category must have codenames,
written both on the application form and the data
sheet.
EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS
The applications are evaluated in two rounds. First round: on
the basis of the submitted documentation the jury selects
the best projects for evaluation in the second round. Second
round: on the basis of the submitted objects and the detailed
documentation the jury awards the prizes and certificates.
The projects are evaluated by the jury at a specified location.
Applicants are notified about the place and time of the collection
of their works. Those projects that cannot be transported
are evaluated based on the submitted documentation and
on-site viewing.
Applicants are notified about the jury’s decisions in writing.
The decisions are not appealable.
