The Western Australian State
Teams' Shoot mill take place on
Sunday, October 2, when the Common\vealth
Mixed Birds title and
Intermediate Championship for W.A.
will also be held. The shooting carnival
mill be held over three days,
Friday, September 30, Saturday,
October 1, when the W.A. Skeet title
is listed and the qualifying series
for the State Team. Programme is

The Mildura Club, which serves
the shooting interests of marksmen
from three States, S.A., Victoria and
N.S.W., will shoot on October 20, day
and night. A $100 Handicap is main
interest during the day and trophy
events are listed at night. Enquiries

Goroke Show Day is always a big
day for sporting ventures in the farwestern
Victorian town, and this
year's is no exception. The local gun
club is staging an open series, day
and night. A Brownmg gun is one
of the main day trophies and at
night, shooting will start ai. 7.30
p.m. The date is Saturday, October

Footscray Club will shoot the
Victorian Skeet championship on the
No. 2 ground at Tottenham (V.) on
October 1. Shooting mill start at
