BACKGROUND
Conveniently located, High Street provides a street-front
connection between King George Highway and the South
Point Exchange shopping centre, which is anchored by
Canadian Tire, Save-On-Foods, and Staples.
High Street offers both residents and visitors lushly
landscaped walkways surrounded by a variety of shops, cafés,
and restaurants.

TARGET MARKET
High Street focused its residential sales efforts on the
residents of South Surrey. South Surrey is the most affluent
community within the City of Surrey, with an average
household income that is approximately 30% higher than
the average for Surrey. The development’s commerical
retail units targeted a mix of local tenants, including home
decor retailers, restaurants, and cafés.
