This certificate entitles the bearer and eleven friends to be treated to a gourmet dinner prepared<br />
with the expertise and guidance <strong>of</strong> Chef Jason Maday. Here’s the twist….your group will actually<br />
participate in the preparation and be part <strong>of</strong> a cooking class for the evening. Chef Maday has<br />
over 15 years <strong>of</strong> experience and graduated from the Culinary Institute <strong>of</strong> America. Chef Maday<br />
is also a Culinary Arts teacher at St. Francis High School. You will help Chef Maday establish a<br />
menu and a listing <strong>of</strong> new cooking skills that you want to learn. Do you want to learn the art <strong>of</strong><br />
Italian, French, or Asian cuisine? How about picking a theme, like “grilling” or “appetizers”? The<br />
date is to be mutually agreed upon (excluding holidays) and the location is to be arranged by the<br />
