6800 – Circulation, Accessibility, and Parking Program Objective: To improve the livability and economic vitality of the region's villages, city neighborhoods, and hamlets by identifying physical and operational improvements and regulatory changes to enhance traffic circulation, accessibility, and parking for all transportation system users. Process: Inventory existing conditions, identify potential physical and regulatory alternatives, and recommend a preferred set of improvements for each community.
