of the Town of Hampton, N. H.<br />

Gentlemen<br />

I have completed an audit of the Books, Accounts and<br />

Records of the Town for the year ended January 31, <strong>1941</strong><br />

and, as a result of the findings, I submit herewith this<br />

report, which sets forth the operations for the period under<br />

review, also, a Balance Sheet as at January 31, <strong>1941</strong>.<br />

The attached exhibits are as follows<br />

ASSETS<br />

The cash in the Treasury January 31, <strong>1941</strong> ($25,871.-<br />

41) was verified by a reconciliation of the Receipts and<br />

Disbursements as disclosed by the Cash Book with the<br />

Deposits and Withdrawals as listed on the Bank Statements.<br />
