On petition of Herman <strong>Lane</strong> and thirty-<br />
Article 12.<br />
two other legal voters to see if the town will vote to raise<br />
and appropriate the necessary money and install a continuous<br />
cement sidewalk on the easterly side of Lafayette<br />
Road continuing from the house owned by Mrs. Flora<br />
<strong>Lane</strong> to the corner of Ann's <strong>Lane</strong>.<br />
Article 13.<br />
On petition of Charles Francis Adams and<br />
nine other legal voters to see if<br />
the town will authorize<br />
municipal development of the Hampton marshlands, providing<br />
for the establishment of a parking field, recreational<br />
area, river and harbor improvement, waterways<br />
and roads; choose a committee to make a study of such<br />
development and establish the feasibility, necessity and<br />
Cost of such a development; pass any vote or take any<br />
action relating thereto.<br />
Article 14. To transact any other business that may<br />
legally come before said meeting.<br />
Given under our hands and seals this 26th day of February<br />
