On petition of Herman Lane and thirty-
Article 12.
two other legal voters to see if the town will vote to raise
and appropriate the necessary money and install a continuous
cement sidewalk on the easterly side of Lafayette
Road continuing from the house owned by Mrs. Flora
Lane to the corner of Ann's Lane.
Article 13.
On petition of Charles Francis Adams and
nine other legal voters to see if
the town will authorize
municipal development of the Hampton marshlands, providing
for the establishment of a parking field, recreational
area, river and harbor improvement, waterways
and roads; choose a committee to make a study of such
development and establish the feasibility, necessity and
Cost of such a development; pass any vote or take any
action relating thereto.
Article 14. To transact any other business that may
legally come before said meeting.
