Au-Ge bilobed structures were formed like previous case. To study the temperature dependence, similar Ge deposition was performed at the substrate temperature of 600 o C. The height of the pedestal Ge increased with temperature [24]. The detailed study of the Au-Ge interface has been done in this work.
