The following Rights in the Code of <strong>Health</strong> <strong>and</strong> Disability Services Consumers’<br />

Rights (the Code) are applicable to this complaint:<br />

Right to Services of an Appropriate St<strong>and</strong>ard<br />

(1) Every consumer has the right to have services provided with reasonable care <strong>and</strong><br />

skill.<br />
