It should be said about one more book “Translator’s Russian – English<br />
Phraseological Dictionary”, compiled by S.S. Kuzmin (2001), which can truly<br />
be called Dictionary of the 21 st century. It includes 2 thousand Russian<br />
phraseological expressions and how to express them in English. The author’s<br />
progressive ideas about the role of phraseology in communication give him<br />
every ground for addressing the dictionary to translators first of all.<br />
At the end of the XXth century electronic versions of Multilex appeared, they<br />
are computerized dictionaries of new generation. We may enjoy their<br />
advantages and discuss their peculiarities. We’ll dwell upon electronic<br />
dictionaries further on.<br />
