• zAsk participants to brainstorm a range of sexual activities that are being<br />
practiced among couples. Capture these activities on the left h<strong>and</strong><br />
column of the matrix, titled “<strong>Sex</strong>ual Activity”. Their responses should<br />
identify <strong>and</strong> include the following broad spectrum of sexual activities:<br />
kissing, hugging, foreplay, same-sex, toy-sex, masturbation, vaginal sex,<br />
anal sex, cyber-sex, phone sex, oral sex, petting, stroking, dry sex, wet<br />
sex, etc.<br />
• zHaving identified a number of these sexual activities, go through the<br />
matrix with the participants <strong>and</strong> ‘tick off’ activities that each couple<br />
can do.<br />
• zWhen you have completed the ticking off, ask the participants what<br />
they can conclude about the patterns / results of exercise.<br />
