This auxiliary parameter is used to define or derive other parameters or<br />
limits.<br />
This value defines properties or limits of the protocol. The value is<br />
provided in the protocol and cannot be changed.<br />

Global parameter, which is valid for all nodes. It can be defined in the<br />
POC:default config state and can only be altered in the POC:config<br />
state.<br />
