Coordination
State communications system (STACOM) is a high frequency
single-side band radio system. For more information about STACOM,
please refer to page 3-4.
1
These channels use Upper Sideband (USB) modulation. The frequency
shown is the suppressed carrier reference frequency.
2
Due to the effects of the high frequency propagation, there may be
periods when communication is difficult or noisy. In addition, interference
from other users, both domestic and foreign, may be expected at times as
the State does not have any claim to the exclusive use of any HF
frequencies assigned. Due to these problems, alternate frequencies have
been assigned by the FCC.
