PROCLAMATION NO.2
To the Present and Past Grand Chapter Officers, Worthy Matrons, Worthy Patrons,
Associate Matrons, Associate Patrons, Officers and Members of Subordinate Chapters of
Deborah Grand Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, Prince Hall Affiliation, Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania,
Greetings:
Be it known that copies of this Proclamation
will be provided to the following:
All Elected Grand Chapter Officers, Past Grand Worthy Matrons, Past Grand Worthy
Patrons, Grand Chairpersons, District Deputy Grand Matrons, District Lecturers, Worthy
Matrons, Chapter Secretaries, CC of FC, and to all members of Deborah Grand Chapter
via Deborah Grand Chapter's website. A copy will be provided to the Most Worshipful
Grand Master, Charles A. Bishop.
All Directives in this Proclamation are to be read in their entirety in each Chapter. It is
not necessary to read it in O. E. S. School of Instructions or District Meetings.
We, the Grand Worthy Matron and Grand Worthy Patron, do hereby proclaim the
following and require adherence thereto by all members of Deborah Grand Chapter.
Directives from the Grand Worthy Matron
Mandatory Attendance to Line Officers Training
Let it be known that all Line Officers of the sixty-two subordinate chapters of Deborah
Grand Chapter are required to attend their District's Line Officers Training. Please note
that attendance is to be taken by the Trainers and reported to the Office of the Grand
Chairperson of Line Officers Training. This information will be available to each
Chapter, to be considered before the election of Chapter Officers.
Scheduled Activities during Mid-Year Session 2010
On Friday, March 26, 2010, the Executive Board of Deborah Chapter, O. E. S.,PHA-PA,
will meet at 9:00 a.m. at the Wyndham Gettysburg, 95 Presidential Circle, Gettysburg,
