Dantax Plasma Television technology bases it self on a gas 

substance, that reacts on the Phosphoric content of each 

pixel to create coloured light (red, green or blue). The 50” 

Plasma Screen is created with millions of these pixels, who 

individually are controlled by an advanced electronic to produce 

more than 16 million colours. The density of the pixels, 

combined with the advanced technology makes the 50” 

Plasma Screen able to produce perfect images on a screen 

only 11 cm in depth.

The Plasma Technology are developed in the computer 

business. Most people know that a computer screen can 

be damaged from “burn-in”. A phenomenon that appears 

when the same image are shown on the screen for a longer 

period. That is why most computer screens uses a screen 

saver with a moving image that appears when the screen 

are in moode condition. 

Dantax Plasma Television are not provided with a screen 

saver, which makes it very important to be allert when using 

e.g. VCR or DVD players that can be set to create still images 

or automatically send a continious signal when run out.

Anti Flicker System 

Dantax LCD Television uses well known and tested technology from 

years of experience on the computer monitor market. Compared 

with the Plasma Television, the LCD technology is built on Thin 

Film Transistors (TFT) who feeds electrical impulses to thousands 

of Crystal cells in the screen. These cells are placed between two 

layers of thin glass. The cells are organized in a very dense order, 

placing a red, green and blue cell side by side forming a “pixel”. 

The pixels react to the electrical impulses from the transistors, and 

turn in certain angles, letting light from the lamp behind the glass 

layer, filter through the red, green and blue cells - a moving image 

has been created, and in very tight space - only 8 cm in depth.
