Agenda:
1. Starting with Baba Prayer
2. Discuss Mr. Ranganath’s response to the memo note.
3. Discuss 2010 Special Events.
4. Issue of too many volunteers and committee members in the temple prayer hall.
5. Discuss the repeated complaints received against Mr. Papaya Sastry.
6. Discuss –the events related to different regions to be included in the Calendar, i.e.
Sankranthi, Tamil new year etc.....
7. English version of audio CD for Sai Satcharita and aarthi books.
8. Issue of sending the priest to devotees’ homes, on Thursdays between Noon and 6
pm….Chairman’s Suggestion.
9. Abhishekam to Baba's idol on a daily basis using 2 tumblers of holy water only by
the priests ….devotees suggestion.
10. Update on the Golden crown
11. Priest money ($1.00 for Archana and $2.00 for rest)
12. Adding other possible poojas and print the new price list.

Meeting Minutes.
• Attended members started the meeting with Baba Prayer.
• All EC Members discussed on Mr. Ranganath response for the memo and
recommended to call for a EC-BOT meeting to take a final decision. It was also
decided that he needs to take back the words used in his email and apologize for
the same. Otherwise, the organization will have to take necessary action against
him.
• Discussed the 2010 Events. Mr. President mentioned he will get the events list
from religious team as soon as possible.
• Mr. Danteswara Rao Challa & Mr. Vamsi Krishna Karumanchi raised the following
question:
“Why do we need that many volunteers & EC members in the prayer hall on
Thursdays? The prayer hall is as it is very crowded. With the large number of
volunteers and EC members, there are more of social activities taking place in the
prayer hall than concentration on Puja. Devotees are not feeling peaceful to stay
for more time in the pooja hall.”
EC Team discussed this issue and most of the EC members agreed with it and
took following decision.

Only priests are allowed in garnet area & Priest room.
Only two members are allowed near the front desk.
When announcements are required only Temple Manager / President
or the required committee member is allowed to make them. Other
than that, nobody is required inside the prayer hall including
committee members and volunteers, except as devotees.
All the requisites for any Puja should be taken care of by the priests
before they start the Puja.
• Discussed the Complaints received on Mr. Papaya Sastry. Since Temple manager,
President & Chairman already discussed with him about this issue a couple of
months back, this time EC decided to issue a memo to him. Mr. President &
Temple manger will work on the memo and update the status to the EC team.

Discussion on Papaya Sastry’s green card process has been postponed until
further meeting.
• Discussed about all the events related to different regions. Religious team will
gather all events from different regions and provide the information for our temple
calendar and website events list. We will announce those days in our weekly
emails and perform special poojas on those days.
• Mr. Srinivas Gogineni updated on the English version of audio CD for Sai
Satcharita and aarthi books. Mrs. Meenakshi is working on Sai Satcharita and
other volunteers are working on Aarthi books in different languages. And he also
proposed the sale of Aarthi books in our book stall and upload into our website to
download for free. All EC members -agreed with his proposal. Currently our
volunteers are working on the following languages

• All EC members -strongly disagreed to sending the priest to devotee’s home on
Thursdays.
• Discussed about Abhishekam to Baba's idol and postponed this point for next
meeting for further discussion.
• Mr. Danteswara Rao Challa updated about the golden crown. Mr. Gutta
Venkateswara Rao mentioned we got one quotation and we are waiting for 2 more
quotations.
• Discussed about new pooja list and new poojas. Mr. Srinivas Gogineni will work
on this one and update the status to EC Team.
• Mr. Gutta Venkateswara Rao, Mr. Vamsi Krishna Karumanchi will work on shawls
for our temple. The Shawls’ edge would have the temple name & website address
printed on them.
