Business Experience<br />

Kevin M. Landis is primarily responsible for day-to-day management of the<br />

allocated portion of the portfolio. Mr. Landis is a Portfolio Manager for<br />

Firsthand and has been an executive of the firm since co-founding it in 1993.<br />

Huachen Chen and Walter C. Price are primarily responsible for day-to-day<br />

management of the allocated portion of the portfolio.<br />

Mr. Chen is a Managing Director, Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager since<br />

2004 and has been associated with RCM as an investment professional since<br />

1984.<br />

Mr. Price has been a Managing Director, Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager<br />

of RCM since 1978. He joined RCM in 1974 as a Senior Securities Analyst.<br />

John F. Averill, Bruce L. Glazer, Anita M. Killian, Scott E. Simpson and Eric<br />

Stromquist are primarily responsible for day-to-day management of the<br />

allocated portion of the portfolio.<br />

Mr. Averill, Senior Vice President and Global Industry Analyst of Wellington<br />

Management, joined the firm as an investment professional in 1994. Mr. Averill<br />

has been involved in portfolio management and securities analysis for the<br />

portfolio since 2003.<br />

Mr. Glazer, Senior Vice President and Global Industry Analyst of Wellington<br />

Management, joined the firm as an investment professional in 1997. Mr. Glazer<br />

has been involved in portfolio management and securities analysis for the<br />

portfolio since 2003.<br />

Ms. Killian, Senior Vice President and Global Industry Analyst of Wellington<br />

Management, joined the firm as an investment professional in 2000. Ms. Killian<br />

has been involved in portfolio management and securities analysis for the<br />

portfolio since 2003.<br />

Mr. Simpson, Senior Vice President and Global Industry Analyst of Wellington<br />

Management, joined the firm as an investment professional in 1995.<br />

Mr. Simpson has been involved in portfolio management and securities analysis<br />

for the portfolio since 2003.<br />

Mr. Stromquist, Senior Vice President and Global Industry Analyst of Wellington<br />

Management, joined the firm as an investment professional in 1989. Mr.<br />

Stromquist has been involved in portfolio management and securities analysis<br />

for the portfolio since 2003.<br />

Management Fees<br />

Each portfolio pays a contractual fee to <strong>AXA</strong> <strong>Equitable</strong> for management services. For the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007, the Large<br />

Cap Core Equity Portfolio and Large Cap Growth Portfolio each paid a management fee at an annual rate of 0.89% and 0.90%, respectively,<br />

of the average daily net assets of the portfolio. The Large Cap Value Portfolio paid a management fee at an annual rate of 0.87%. The Mid<br />

Cap Growth Portfolio and Mid Cap Value Portfolio each paid a management fee at an annual rate of 1.10% and 1.09%, respectively, of the<br />

average daily net assets of the portfolio. The Small Cap Growth Portfolio and Small Cap Value Portfolio each paid a management fee at an<br />

annual rate of 1.05% and 1.03%, respectively, of the average daily net assets of the portfolio. The International Equity Portfolio paid a<br />
