Promotional flyer
Create a simple flyer to promote the excursion program in a colourful, visual and succinct way. The flyer
can be sent together with the prospecting letter and can also be placed on noticeboards and in brochure
stands at libraries, local council foyers, community and environment centres.
Make the flyer easy to read and put the name of the excursion program, where it takes place, who the
program is for, a description in point form or in a brief paragraph and a contact telephone number. A web
address can also be included if more information is available.
Tip
Include at least one photo in the flyer so people can get an idea of what the excursion looks like, or the
sorts of plants and animals they will be seeing.
