14, to pass on her passion for cooking and food. The setting for their adventure is<br />

an old country house in the Var region, in Provence, Southeast France.<br />

weeks.Sarah'sobjectiveistoteachheryoungrecruitshowtoeatmorehealthilyandhowtohave<br />

funcooking!Theseriesportraysthedailyexperiencesoftheboysandgirlsattheneighbouring<br />

farms,inthevegetablepatch,atthemarketandinthekitchen.Theyfirsthavetorealisewherethe<br />

fruit,vegetables,fish,meatandpoultrycomefrombeforetheycanprepare,grill,brown,cook,fryor<br />

roastthem.Theylearnhowtouseherbsandspicesappropriatelyanddiscoverthedelightsofpastry<br />

cooking.Breakfast,lunchanddinnerwillnowfulfilcertaincriteriatheyoungstersdidn'tknowexisted.<br />

Theteenagersareencouragedtotaketheinitiativeandtothrowthemselvesintotheirworkbecause<br />

manyataskneedsdoingbeforethecookingcanstart.Thevegetablepatchandorchardwillsupply<br />

thefruitandvegetables,aslongastheyaretendedto,sown,planted,weededandwateredbefore<br />

they'reharvested.Theinhabitantsofthechickenrun,therabbithutchandthepigstyalsorequire<br />

constantcare.Initially,noneofthekitchenkidsonthegastronomicholidaycampknowhowtocook.So<br />
