appears to be due to the artist<br />

painting thinly with the gesso layer<br />

coming through.<br />

dots of touch-up scattered in the<br />

sky, mostly the upper left and left<br />

center quadrants of the sky, and a<br />

small area of touch-up along the<br />

upper right edge.<br />
