San Francisco de Asis, known
as Mission Dolores, is the oldest
building in San Francisco and
survived the 1906 earthquake and
fire undamaged. Provenance:
Private Collection, Beverly Hills,
CA. Condition: Visual: Generally
good condition with artist's pin
holes in the four corners and along
the upper center edge. Very minor
tears (from the pin holes) in the
lower corners and minor wrinkling
to the extreme upper right corner.
Colors strong.

Visual: Generally good condition
with a minor spot of stain in the
upper center in the sky and a spot
of stain along the upper right edge.
An isolated spot of craquelure on
the tree trunk above the woman's
head. No evidence of foxing or
tears. Not examined out of the
frame.

tears.
