The Poster Hall and Book Exhibit/Publications Mart will
be located in Exhibit Hall A on the Exhibition Level of the
Marriott Wardman Park open during the times listed below.

Poster Sessions
The schedule for poster presentations at this year’s Annual
Meeting is as noted below. If you are a poster presenter,
please be sure to hang your poster on the board in the Poster
Hall marked with the number provided in your acceptance
letter and follow these instructions in order to determine
which Poster Session and board you are scheduled to hang
your poster at:
Poster I.D. Numbers and Session Placement
Posters that begin with a 2 are in Poster Session B. Presenter
for poster 2141 will place his/her poster on the board
marked number “2141” in Poster Session B.
Posters that begin with a 3 are in Poster Session C. Presenter
for poster 3136 will place his/ her poster on the board
marked number “3136” in Poster Session C.
Please note that for all Meritorious Student Posters and
Citation Posters (Poster Session A), SBM Staff will be
printing enlarged copies of the accepted abstract(s) and will
be responsible for hanging the abstracts prior to the start of
Poster Session A. Meritorious Student Poster and Citation
presenters do not need to hang their actual poster if it is
assigned to Poster Session A.
All Poster Sessions will take place in Exhibit Hall A,
Exhibition Level of the Marriott Wardman Park. If you
have any questions while on-site, please ask an SBM Staff
member or the volunteer stationed outside Exhibit Hall A.

Rapid Communications Papers
Rapid Communications Papers are late-breaking abstract
submissions judged by the Program Committee to
be especially original and significant research. Rapid
Communications Papers will be presented in Poster Sessions
only. A complete listing of Rapid Communications Papers
can be found on page 67 of the Final Program.
Registration
Convention Registration Desk 2, Convention Lobby,
Lobby Level, Marriott Wardman Park
For attendees who pre-registered for the meeting, registration
packets, including a name badge and session tickets
(if applicable) will be ready for pick-up at the Registration
Desk during the hours published below. To avoid waiting in
long lines, we recommend attendees pick-up their packets
early. On-site registration will also be available at this location
during the hours published below.
