DMX-512 is the operating language used by lighting products; similar 

to MIDI being the operating language for music products. Products with 

DMX-512 are referred to as ‘Intelligent Lighting’ and can perform programmed 

professional lighting shows. 

Products with the ‘Linkable’ logo can be linked together in a 

daisy chain and/or a master/slave fashion. 

ETS TM 

Electronic Thermo Sensing (ETS) is a process of temperature 

regulation used to continuously heat a fog machine and 

so there is no waiting between fog blasts! ETS is only found 

in select American DJ fog machines. 

MIDI 

capable 

MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) is the language that allows electronic 

instruments to interact with each other. American DJ products with 

MIDI will interact with MIDI keyboards, sequencers, drum machines and

A basic but very effective and affordable lighting tool, rope lighting can be used in numerous applications. From store front 

windows to outlining backdrops, stages, and consoles, rope lights are truly a flexible lighting tool. Made out of a clear flexible 

plastic, our rope lights come in several different styles: the RL-11 smooth standard duty 12’ rope light features a round connector,
