<strong>Health</strong> and <strong>Wellness</strong> programme. The<br />
occupational health and safety component<br />
seeks to reduce <strong>the</strong> risk of, or prevent<br />
Organisational<br />
adverse negative physical and metal health<br />
Change<br />
consequences from occurr<strong>in</strong>g as a result of work<br />
related activities undertaken by employees with<strong>in</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> organisation. For <strong>in</strong>stance, back stra<strong>in</strong> from lift<strong>in</strong>g<br />
heavy objects and climb<strong>in</strong>g, headaches/migra<strong>in</strong>es from<br />
computer screen glares, neck stra<strong>in</strong> from <strong>in</strong>appropriate<br />
office chairs, etc. Occupational <strong>Health</strong> and Safety (OHS)<br />
components that are preventative measures aimed at<br />
<strong>Workplace</strong> Healh and <strong>Wellness</strong><br />
deterr<strong>in</strong>g adverse effects of occupational exposure are<br />
usually mandatory.<br />
