<strong>Recycling</strong> Centre Balcatta<br />
The <strong>Recycling</strong> Centre Balcatta<br />
is the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Stirling</strong>’s waste<br />
disposal facility.<br />
Location <strong>and</strong> Opening Hours<br />
238 Balcatta Road<br />
Open everyday 7.30am to 4.00pm<br />
(except Christmas Day, New Years Day<br />
<strong>and</strong> Good Friday).<br />
Tours <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Recycling</strong> Centre are<br />
available Tuesday to Thursday. Bookings<br />
are essential phone 9205 8555.<br />
Three tip passes for the <strong>Recycling</strong><br />
Centre Balcatta are included in this<br />
guide instead <strong>of</strong> your rate notices.<br />
One for greenwaste, one for<br />
household junk (including one free<br />
mattress <strong>and</strong> base disposal) <strong>and</strong> one<br />
for clean s<strong>and</strong>, bricks <strong>and</strong> concrete<br />
(combined).<br />
Each pass is valid for up to 1 tonne.<br />
Maximum <strong>of</strong> 4 trips. Vouchers <strong>and</strong><br />
cash can be combined if the delivered<br />
weight exceeds the remaining tip<br />
passes available.<br />
Without a valid tip pass fees apply for<br />
householders from outside <strong>Stirling</strong> <strong>and</strong><br />
for <strong>Stirling</strong> residents disposing <strong>of</strong>:<br />
• Household waste<br />
• Greenwaste<br />
• Construction waste<br />
Asbestos Sheets<br />
• Must be wrapped <strong>and</strong> sealed in<br />
heavy duty (H/D) builders plastic<br />
• Fees <strong>and</strong> conditions apply
