Note: Inttra replaces the Customer's SID with our own internal sequence
number.

To specify the version number or name of an object.
Used to indicate the Inttra software release version originating the message.
Version will be "2.0" for Customers who have not yet opted-in for SI3
validations.
Once a customer opts in for SI3 validations, the Version number sent to carrier
will be "3.0".
