your carriers. INTTRA facilitates and streamlines the process of reviewing, amending, approving,
printing and sharing Sea Waybills and Bills of Lading. The result: faster B/L turn times, fewer

INTTRA’s multi-carrier remote B/L print is supported by Alianca, CMA-CGM, DAL, Hamburg Sud,
Hapag-Lloyd, Maersk Line, MSC and Safmarine. Shippers and forwarders use one consistent
process for all participating carriers and sign just one Bill of Lading Agreement, saving significant
time on legal review and carrier approval.
Track Key Events Throughout the Bill of Lading Process
INTTRA monitors message distribution and logs interaction between carriers and shippers, including
date and time of key events. Customers can also subscribe to notifications, delivered as soon as
a new or revised Bill of Lading is posted at INTTRA. There are no lost faxes and undeliverable emails.

Registered users can access, review and print their Bills of Lading remotely via INTTRA’s web site
(“BL Act”) or receive Bills of Lading via INTTRA’s PDF Router for download into in-house systems.

Getting Started with Multi-Carrier B/L Print from INTTRA
To get started, just follow the 4–step process below:
1. Consult with INTTRA and your carriers: Your INTTRA Sales Director can arrange a
consultation with you and your carriers to review the services offered by your carriers
and request activation. Once you have decided to go forward with activation, your
INTTRA Sales Director will provide a copy of INTTRA’s common B/L Agreement.
2. Legal Review: Bills of Lading are legal documents. All customers are required to
sign one, standard B/L Agreement accepted by all participating carriers. INTTRA has
arranged with carrier legal departments and the International P&I Clubs to streamline
the legal process – there is no need for customers to sign separate agreements with
each participating carrier.
3. Carrier Approval and Activation: Upon execution of the INTTRA B/L Agreement,
INTTRA arranges approval and activation with your carriers.
4. Go Live: INTTRA provides global support resources to answer your questions 24 X 7.
We work closely with you and your carriers to train your users, test communications
with your carriers and ensure the process is working efficiently.
