USB-Output-Device
Digital outputs and temperature sensors
Control digital outputs via USB or readout
temperature sensors.
The USB-Output-Device provides digital interfaces to
control output signals directly from the USB port on a
PC or embedded system.
The device is particularly well suited for:
• Control of digital outputs, depending on the
temperature
• Output of a digital state
• Pulse output (variable pulse length)
• Output of a PWM signal
• Output of predetermined pulses number
The Device is equipped with four electrically isolated digital output channels and a temperature-single-wire bus
for up to six temperature sensors, therefore the outputs can be specifically controlled.
Also implemented is a stand-alone and temperature-dependent control of the digital outputs.
The voltage supply for the USB-Output-Device is provided directly via USB.
The temperature sensors and outputs are connected via industrial screw terminals.
The several output channels can be controlled with the clear and simple designed configuration software,
individually.
USB-Output-Device
Digital outputs and temperature sensors
Control digital output signals via USB.
Each digital output can be controlled separately.
The digital outputs can also be controlled as a bit
pattern.
Control of digital outputs,
depending on temperature values.
Each digital output can be assigned to a temperature sensor.
This configuration can only be set via the command console.
The minimum hysteresis is adjustable to 2°C.
Capturing and analysis of temperature values
The DS18S20 temperature sensors are connected via a single-wire bus system on the USB-Output-Device.
Temperatures of +125°C to -55°C can be detected. No external power supply is required.
