Organizational Form<br />
A. The International Pentecostal Holiness <strong>Church</strong>, Inc., shall<br />
be a connectional church with an episcopal form of<br />
government.<br />
B. Membership in the organization shall be of three types as<br />
defined in the Bylaws:<br />
1. Local church members<br />
2. Member <strong>Church</strong>es<br />
3. Clergy<br />
C. General Conference<br />
When in session, the General Conference is the most<br />
authoritative body of the International Pentecostal Holiness<br />
<strong>Church</strong> (<strong>IPHC</strong>).<br />
D. Council of Bishops<br />
When the General Conference is not in session, the Council of<br />
Bishops shall be the most authoritative council, board, or<br />
committee in the organizational structure. Its function shall be<br />
that of a Board of Directors. As such, it shall be the primary<br />
policy-making body between sessions of the General<br />
Conference.<br />
