Conditions for the above thermal image:<br />
• Vin=12V, load current 120A, VID=1.55V<br />
• Total power on the demo board is about 24W<br />
• Airflow=300LFM (coming from the left),<br />
• Ambient temperature around 36 degree C.<br />
Note that phase IC #5 is hottest at 101 degree C<br />
