Designed to target the deepest muscle layers <strong>of</strong> the trunk, these exercises<br />
will give your body a strong core foundation. Learn how to activate<br />
your muscles in a natural sequence which utilizes proper body<br />
mechanics and helps distribute joint wear and tear<br />
more evenly. Unlike most traditional exercises,<br />
you will strength the muscles in a lengthened<br />
position. This is a challenging workout but<br />
for all body types. It has a particular<br />
benefit for people with temperamental<br />
lower backs and weak<br />
