Site Description: The cemetery is rectangular in shape <strong>and</strong> is located on a level bank<br />
adjacent to a residential area. Two wooden hexagonal grave houses (one with pillars) exist<br />
on the site. A marble marker is located in one grave house. A wood faced marker with<br />
engraved raven figure exists <strong>and</strong> a largewood sign identifies the site. A wood picket fence<br />
onceexisted but has since deteriorated. A stacked timber fence is located on the highway<br />
side to deter damage caused by plowing the road in winter.<br />
Significance: Burial for Taku Tribe, Raven clan. Prominent memorial marker<br />
commemorating ChiefAanalahaash (Anna-Cia-Ash), who died in 1918. Marker inside one<br />
grave house with name Mrs. Gilbert Jackson, who died in 1909.<br />
